SEND US A NOTE :) We'd love to chat about your order. Maybe you like the layout of one design but the artwork from another. Maybe you love a Wedding Invitation design but need it for a Bridal or Baby Shower. Easy Peesy! Most designs can easily be tailored to your event :) We want you to have a design you LOVE and we'll work with you until we get it just right! Use our contact page to send us a note or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tailored designs will take extra 1-2 weeks design time depending on our work load. We'll give you an estimated timeline for your first proof upon request. All products created for clients are the copy-written property of Sophie and Bella and may be used in the design of future products.
Proof: 2 Days - You will receive a digital proof of your design within 2 business days from the time of purchase. If this day falls on a holiday, you will receive your proof the following business day.
Production and Printing: 2-3 Days - Upon approval of your proof we will send your order off to print. This takes 2-3 business days before shipping. Rush Processing is available for an additional fee.
Shipping: 2-5 days depending on your location. Orders are shipped via FedEx from our Professional Printing Manufacturer in Pelham, Alabama. Rush Shipping is available for an additional fee. Sorry, we are not accepting international orders at this time.
PROOFS You will receive a proof of your design within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Please carefully check and recheck your proof for spelling, punctuation, correct dates & times, capitalization and grammar. Your order includes 3 rounds of proofs. Additional fees may be charged for extra proof requests.
COLORS Color variation may occur between what you see displayed on your monitor/screen and the actual printed product. As a result we cannot guarantee an exact color match.
YOUR INFO Kindly check that your email address and mailing address are correct at checkout so there won't be any delays getting your proof and package.
SALES TAX Orders from within the State of Georgia will be charged an additional 8% sales tax.
PAYMENTS We accept all major credit cards via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account in order to make a purchase. Simply follow the steps on Paypal's secure site during checkout.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS Due to the personalized nature of our products we cannot accept returns based on errors that were approved during the proofing process. If you would like to cancel your order after a proof has been supplied but before we have sent it to print, we will refund your order total minus a setup fee of $10.00.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE All designs are for personal use only. You cannot sell or reproduce our designs in any way without our permission. When submitting professional photographs you agree that you are the photographer or have obtained a release of copyright from the photographer to reproduce them. Thank you!
